This is a small comfort quilt that someone made the top for and I
finished it.
|

This was a African designing drunkard's path quilt class that was taken
by Jean Duffy. She donated the top and I finished it for EQ's Comfort
Quilt Project. This is a child size quilt that will be given to Social
Services or St. Vincent Hospital to be one of the many quilts we make
and donate to be distributed to needy children.

This is my first attempt at using Eleonor Burn's Double Pinwheel
method. It is a small comfort quilt.

their young patients |

University Ave. It was given to the Comfort Quilt project.

This Puddy cat was my 2001 Xmas gift from Max Erickson. He is the
cat I have been begging Paul to let me take home every time we went to
the farm for a year. He is handsome with long soft hair and is very
lovable. Paul has even grown to love him - even though he will never
admit it.
|

This is a crib size Bugs in a Jar quilt my cat, Puddy, and I made on
consignment for $100.00. He was a great help. He let me know which part
to sew or press next by laying on that spot. It has been great having a
sewing companion. I may not get as much work done, but he is great
company and gives me lots of laughs and hugs.

This is the twin size 63" x 83" I made for Amanda Redmann's
graduation gift. It was a big hit at gift opening.

This is the surprise backing for Amanda's quilt.

sleeps on and I sleep under. |

This is a child size quilt that was put together with blocks I made and
some that were in a block challenge at EQ. My supervisor, Julie
Deprey purchased it for her granddaughter, Tory, who loves horses.

This is the large lap flannel quilt I made as a result of a Wendy
Gilbert class EQ had on how to sew flannels accurately. It only
took me four years to complete it. It is very cuddly.
|

I had this mallard fabric for years. Every time I made a quilt I looked
through my stash and asked myself what ever possessed me to buy this
fabric. I found this Northern Star pattern to be the perfect setting for
the mallards. It was donated to our church mission action in hopes that
it would be purchased by a hunter, for a cabin or as a masculine gift. |
