During the summer of 1998, Betsy spent her free time training Lexi, a two year old black Morgan filly, and Copper, a 2-year-old bay Arabian gelding. The horses belong to a friend of hers who lives on a small farm southeast of Green Bay, near Denmark. They really are beautiful animals, and it was quite a thrill for her to be the first one to ride them.
